Princess Margaret Rose 4 years younger to Queen Elizabeth II (born 12 April 1926, she was in her teens and Margaret in single digit years, when world war 2 broke out and when she approved Bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki barely completing her teens. In 1945 she was only 19 years!!
We heard of cases where someone who is unable to get the love of a girl throws acid on the face of the girl.
Some child destroying the doll that was not given to the child to own.
Similarly some rich brought up have the bad mentality that what was NOT available to that person, SHOULD not be available to ANY!!!
so as soon as freedom was granted to India (undivided), instead of training Indians to Manage India (as NO ONE had experience in Managing India before, as British ruled for over 2 generations), Jinnah (died in 1948, 2 years before India became Republic, severing all ties with Queen) and Jawaharlal Nehru (who now they circulate in whatsapp, he is having Islamic grand parenthood so he is Islamic), made no difference to who among the 2 was first Prime minister of India then. India was allowed to be DIVIDED into India Pakistan, even today this has impact on people and their lives!! So Britishers when they gave independence asked Jinnah a question (whether British RULED india or Indians, anyway Jinnah’s followers have to be slaves only, what difference it made to Jinnah to fight for freedom to get the same position again. This sparked the fire to demand Jinnah wanting to be the first PM of India otherwise divide India into what we have today.
If we have to understand that Jinnah and Nehru had same religious beliefs then why poor common people suffered due to partitioning India?
This was the first successful move for Britishers to choose and handover a country to totally inexperienced people and test their famous policy of ‘divide and rule’ works to their benefit or not.
Even today in any organisation when they recruit anyone to do the job, want to know their experience. When they introduce new management, select people who had experience in managing some other organisations at least. I understand in politics in elections no one sees that.
That was not the situation for India then, it was NOT ONLY politicians without experience, Britishers pulled out all their Administration high officials TOO from india. This meant that India and Pakistan were run by indigenous inexperienced people until they had inter action with other country delegates.
To have other country meetings, India had the closed view, from their experience of British rule, Not to allow foreign power to dominate India directly or indirectly. So both ways India and Pakistan were deprived from benefits of improving their managerial skills.
Adding to this, due to the way Jinnah was told, both countries saw /see even now/ as dire enemies to each other. The amount of money spent on defense by each of these 2 countries seeing them as opponents (only due to British speaking to Jinnah like that), otherwise British had the benefits of National income produced by the joint benefits of 2 countries today!
Being the first nation to be given freedom by British after World war 2, it was a lot tough decision to take to handover the most profitable unit to a ‘charity’.
This was NOT due to Violence or non – violence movement in old India, alone, (definitely it helped British to CHOOSE to who they can handover India), but definitely it has NOT influenced British decision to leave India.
It was not because of millions of people who died (as in teen age. it was a fun to see the guns work and people get killed, who were anti British), as many millions died in one shot in Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombing. So this queen who approved such bombing, must have been briefed by her staff, about the magnitude of casualty due to the bombing. Still knowing the outcome, it was approved to make sure Japanese surrender!!! So the thirst of a country surrendering to the military power of Great Britain was GREATER than the casualty it caused (known to be causing then, when she signed and approved).
Then why she did not hand over freedom immediately after 1945 bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki? That means the majesty was NOT impacted for at least 2 years even by the loss of 2 provinces in Japan.
It was only when she needed the military troop to ensure England is safe, she had to recall troops from India. That too if troops were re called from India WITHOUT ensuring they still rule India, it was because it was NOT possible for the Queen to manage due to her mental and/or physical state then.
